Credit Cards  by 
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Order Cancellations  by 
We invest time and money in every order placed as soon as your payment is processed (our automated processes begin immediately after the order is placed).  

For this reason, by placing an order with us (online or by phone) for products listed under our "Product Categories" section, you agree to pay a 20% cancellation fee should you decide to cancel your order for any reason.

If you placed an order with us by phone for work that falls into "Gunsmithing Services", or for a gun we are building on your behalf and decide to cancel your order for any reason, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of your original deposit.

Additionally, if a credit card was used for the order, your refund will be minus a 3% credit card fee as well as the cancellation fee.  This fee is charged even if you cancel immediately after placing the order. 

Please be sure of your order, and its accuracy, before you place it with us.  We do not like to charge cancellation fees and apologize for having to do so, but it is necessary when cancellations occur, as we've already invested labor, overhead, and raw materials into your order in almost every case.

Orders cannot be canceled by email.  Any cancellations via email will not be accepted.  You must call 541 359-1700 during normal business hours and speak to a representative to cancel you order.

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
Only products physically in inventory show as “In Stock” and are able to be added to our Shopping Cart”, which normally ship in two to three business days (See "Shipping Policy"). We do not take pre-orders for products showing as “Out of Stock” and any order placed for these items cannot be processed.

If you see an item showing as “Out of Stock” you wish to order, please contact us at 541 359-1700 to get an estimated lead time for when the item will become available. Availability updates for these products can also be found in our "Blog" section and on our "Face Book" page.

Refunds  by 
Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the original payment was made. Credit Card refunds are subject to a 3% return fee.  Restocking Fee – If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, or where we deem using our judgment the product meets the advertised condition, the refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  We will NOT issue a refund prior to an item having not been returned,

Retuns  by 
Returns are very costly to internet sellers of firearms.  Due to the expense incurred by returns, we make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and the product meets the standards of our advertising.  If a return must be made, please note the following policies:

  1. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of the delivery date.
  2. You must first call and followup with an email to notify us before returning any merchandise.  Failure to do so will result in your return not being accepted.
  3. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer in ALL instances except one in which we shipped you the incorrect item due to our error. 
  4. All returned items must be returned in the same condition in which we sent them.  Black Horse Arsenal reserves the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
  5. IMPORTANT – A detailed note explaining the reason must be included with all returns.  Be sure to include all current contact information, ie, name, address, daytime phone number, email address and copy of invoice.
  6. No returns will be accepted for cosmetic issues, missing items, etc once the firearm(s) has been transferred to you by your FFL (dealer).  ALWAYS inspect your firearm(s) PRIOR to accepting the transfer from your dealer.
  7. Shipping charges are never refunded.  If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you.  No exceptions.
  8. If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from your FFL for any reason (not passing background check, FFL refusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.

Shipping Policy  by 

Shipping Time – Only products physically in inventory show as “In Stock” and are able to be added to our "Shopping Cart”, which normally ship in two to three business days.  We periodically see abnormal order volumes that create a back log and can delay shipping.


We are a small company with products unique to us alone.  To keep overhead at a minimum and not impact pricing, it is possible that delays in shipping can occur for up to 30 days or more during heavy ordering periods, versus adding additional labor overhead to catch up.


If this policy is unacceptable please do not place an order, or if you have questions as to the potential ship date of an order you wish to place, please call us first at 541 375-1700.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays except by prior arrangement.


We cannot guarantee when a order will ship, or when a shipped order will arrive. We ship everything "USPS Priority Mail", which generally takes 2 - 3 days from the west to the east coast.  Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.

Our cutoff for shipping each day is at 3:00 PM.  If we miss that window on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday and we will email you a "USPS Priority Mail Tracking Number" the day it ships.  We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
